It’s been five years since I left that dreaded island. Although I don’t think of it as much anymore there are still times that the thoughts and images of my days on that island and those creatures cross my mind.
One day while sitting by the sea as I so often do, I found myself wondering about the creatures and what had become of them after I left. I started to think of what had happened on the island, how the creatures had gone against their creator, their father –Dr. Moreau- and how I had escaped the island that had once been unknown to me. I must have sat there for what had seemed like years. I thought about everythin ....
