My Leadership Ability And Working Well With People
Two very important talents that I posses is are my ability to stand
out as a leader and my ability to work well with people through Community
Services.
One of the examples of my leadership was working at my church
summer camp over the past two summers where there are about 60 kids ages 5-
13. Last year I was asked by the camp the director to change groups
because another group was a more active that the others. I demonstrated
that I am a leader and the other counselors were able to use some of the
things I did with my group to help their groups. The very next year I was
asked to fill in as the Assistant Director because ....
