Bush: “Saddam Hussein systematically raped, pillaged and plundered a tiny nation no threat to his own… he sought to add to the chemical weapons arsenal a… nuclear weapon…etc.”
In these statements, both Presidents offer litanies of wrongs committed by the “enemy”, thus justifying their actions and helping to further vilify the enemy. ....
