Mind Over Matter
Number of words: 1298 - Number of pages: 5.... This exercise taught me
the inherent difficulty in calming the mind, along with the negative effects
outside influences like other people have on the practice.
The first place I attempted to meditate was outside my dorm next to a

regarding Fasting. Jesus makes a strong statement against importance to fasting,
but Mark (in 2:20) tags on: "But the days will come when the bride .....
